About the collaborations
Why do we think external collaborations are important?
One of the main goals of SHIWA is to enable workflow sharing and interoperability between different workflow systems for user communities so their research can be easily extended. To achieve this goal SHIWA develops many services where knowledge and technology transfer with related projects is a good starting point. Collaborations are also needed to reach out as many communities as possible.
What is a Memorandum of Understanding?
To formalise such collaborations, we need to summarize what we can provide and we require from our partners. To have these things all together we create document called Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) that is signed document written to confirm and define the framework of collaboration between the SHIWA project and individual partners.
How can new projects start collaborating with us?
If you are interested in such collaborations, if you think that we are aiming to a common goal, please contact us. The main contact for such inquires is the project coordinator, Peter Kacsuk.
