SHIWA Repository connected to myExperiment

We completed a long-waited development on the SHIWA Repository. We connected it to the myExperiment workflow repository.

As a result, users with accounts at the SHIWA Repository can import workflows from myExperiment, add the execution info needed to run the Taverna workflows and execute them on the SHIWA Simulation Platform. User should select the "myExperiment" item on the main menubar to access this new feature.

There are two limitations. First, even if you can import any workflow stored in the myExperiment repo, it is recommended to import only Taverna 1 workflows because we do not support execution of Taverna 2 on the SHIIWA Simulation Platform yet. Second, the current solution enables execution of those Taverna 1 workflows those outputs are files.
